Shipping Policy

Having a right and accurate description of your location and a valid phone number or other information will make it easier on the delivery company to reach you and deliver your order without any delay.

Adding the right street address name or number (it depends on which is applicable), building number, and any relevant information is important for delivery. In case of any lost order or any problem arising due to the incorrect information added by yourself, it won’t be of our responsibility.

Processing Time

The processing time is different than the shipping time. Processing usually takes 2-3 days before sending the order to the delivery company who by then will take a few days to deliver it to you. The processing time excludes holidays, weekends; it only applies on business days.

Once order is placed and payment is verified, your order will be processed and then sent to the delivery company.

Shipping Information

Once placed, you will be able to track your order and know if it has left our property or not yet. Make sure to add the correct phone number/email to receive any update regarding the shipping.

Orders are not shipped on the day you place the order; it might take a few extra days.

Shipping costs need to be paid even if you refuse to receive (for any reason) any order you placed. In case of returning the order, after refusing to receive it, you will be responsible for paying any extra shipping cost back to us. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Delivery Problems

If you haven’t received your order and by tracking it, and you received a notification the order was delivered please let us know within 10 days to be able to follow up and solve the problem.

Out of Stock Products

If some products you ordered are out of stock, we will let you know of that, then ship the rest of the order with a refund (in case paid online) or a new bill without the items that are out of stock (in case of cash on delivery).
