There isn’t any return policy at TAP as we don’t accept returns.

Contact us if there’s any problem and we’ll solve it!

Exchange Policy

In case the size didn’t fit or was bigger, we exchange in size only strictly within 48 hours except for items purchased on sale, no exchange. Denim jeans can be exchanged in size or with a different denim jeans. 

Conditions to exchange an item: 

• It shouldn’t be worn or washed 

• All TAP tags shouldn’t be removed
  

• Items should be well taken care of and not ruined in any way
  

Items purchased should be received back as it was sent, exchange is possible within 48 hours. To exchange items kindly make sure that the above conditions are followed. Any additional expense/delivery fee is on the client.
